Myofascial cupping
Myofascial refers to the pain and inflammation suffered in the body’s soft tissues. Myofascial cupping is a form of release and trigger point therapy, combining various massage and stretching techniques along with the application of pressurised (i.e. suction) cups.
Myofascial aims to help lift and separate soft tissue allowing for greater fluid movement and nutrient supply throughout the soft tissues, which nourishes, detoxifies, stimulates and helps to increase ranges of motion.

Due to the nourishing, detoxifying and stimulating properties, this relatively new form of massage has been found to work wonders with the treatment of scar tissues, adhesions, stretch marks, cellulite and also in aiding of their prevention.
Myofascial cupping differs from traditional cupping in the way of strategic placement and parking the cups along the pathways of the body, aiming to directly treat the affected and targeted tissues, leaving little to no markings.
Lymphatic drainage
The lymphatic drainage system is our body’s front line defence mechanism in fighting bodily infections, detoxifying the body and transporting metabolic wastes, excess water, bacteria and toxins out of the body.
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, slow and light whole body treatment that relaxes the nervous system and aids in boosting the body’s immune system. Recommended for those who are prone to and/or recovering from sore throats, colds, infections, ongoing tiredness, excess fluid retention, low immunity, swollen nodes and for the physically inactive. Lymphatic drainage is also recommended to those with swollen ankles or legs after air travel, headaches, and medical conditions following cosmetic surgery.
Throughout lymphatic drainage the lymph system is stimulated, promoting a strong flow to ensure efficient removal of wastes. If the lymph system is sluggish, toxins hang around in the body creating a higher potential for inflammation and therefore illness and weakness from invading virus bacteria.
Lymphatic drainage therapy has also been shown to help with various conditions associated with cancer and cancer treatment, in particular Lymphodema.
