We understand that life gets in the way of planned appointments from time to time. Unscheduled meetings, sick family members, personal illness, car troubles. We get it. We are fairly reasonable here at Restore.
We do, however, really appreciate being told about these changes as soon as possible. That way we can schedule someone else into that spot. Therapist is happy as they now have someone to fill an empty and unpaid spot, and client on the waiting list is happy to be getting a massage!
If you simply do not turn up, that is pretty unfair. Our therapists do not get paid for that empty time slot. Simple. And we cannot fill that spot at such short notice.
So we have put a cancellation policy in place.
Restore Cancellation Policy
We require 12 hours notice of change of bookings or cancellations. This gives us plenty of time to book someone into your appointment time.
If you do not give us enough notice, but still manage to call, then you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee you were booked for.
If you do not show up at all, with no phone call, or cancel your appointment after the scheduled time, you will be charged the full price of your treatment fee.
As we said, we are pretty understanding here at Restore, so here is a general guideline of how we will reinforce this cancellation policy. It will be up to our discretion.
- First time: We get it, life gets busy. The first time is on us, but please remember to call us next time.
- Second time: Again, we do understand, but you will be sent an invoice for 50% of your treatment.
- Third time: This is becoming a habit. You will be sent an invoice for the full price of your treatment.
- Fourth time: You will be sent an invoice for your treatment, and you will be encouraged to seek treatment elsewhere.
